MISSION STATEMENT
Equine Detailing's mission is to establish a horse's bathing & grooming time as an extension of their overall health care regimen. Think of it as "A Day at the Spa" and a well deserved reward for all the hard work, enjoyment and devotion your horse provides.
Equine Detailing will work with a client's veterinarian, farrier, dentist and other equine professionals to maintain a good health care program for your horse.
Grooming for the Physical Health means that by the simple routine of running brushes, curry combs, towels and hands over a horse can discover nicks, bumps, tight muscles, swellings and places of heat and cold. Soft tissue massage & acupressure modalities will help to relax the horse's tired and aching muscles. Equine Detailing will work with the client, veterinarian, farrier and other equine professionals for optimal care of the horse.
Grooming for the Mental Health provides additional opportunity to communicate and to build a sense of trust and respect. This is part of a horse's herd behavior, and we allow those we trust to touch us. Equine Detailing encourages a horse to relax mentally by soothing the body through touch.
Grooming for enhancing the Beauty of the Horse means bringing out the Natural Beauty by taking the time and necessity to detail. Equine Detailing uses an array of grooming tools that best suits the skin types and comfort level of each horse, and products that provide some of the most natural ingredients and less of harsh chemicals that can disrupt the horse's natural ph balance. Equine Detailing acknowledges that good grooming takes time, patience, devotion, and attention to detail.
Disclaimer: Equine Detailing does not imply, nor promote itself to be certified in, or be a replacement for, sports massage, deep tissue massage, chiropractic, farrier, veterinarian, or other equine professions. Always check with your veterinarian first.
All grooming equipment is disinfected /sanitized before and after each horse's grooming session.
